What is MI5's Christmas Tree List?

It comes from an emblem placed on the files of BBC employees which resembled a Christmas tree and was intended as an indication that the subject had failed the vetting process. Basically it was a euphemism for a blacklist. Philip Cross 21:32, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This interview is directly relevant to Isabel Hilton, because she even got OBE For services to promoting environmental awareness in China (according to reference 3 of this article: http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issues/59090/supplements/25). Biography as editor of chinadialogue

Before removing links, the person should check whether it is relevant or not. I changed "biography as editor of chinadialogue" to chinadialogue because not only does the original link not lead to her bio (which is not even on the website) it does not even go to the right place where her name is.
