I've done some more cleaning up, but it still needs further work. Particularly,

• Until 1921 no football championship was carried on.
• Levski is on 69th place in "Top100" - rankings of the clubs participated in the European Club Tournaments since their establishing in 1955.

Badge

There seems to be some dispute on which is the "real badge" of the club. The official website uses only the new one, but I seem to recall there was some not-so-recent controversy or reintroduction of the old badge for some reason. I saw the issue was discussed in Bulgarian on this talk page: User talk:Trunchanin. According to the user, the new page had been introduced for legal reasons that shortly after that had been resolved. It has, however, remained in use to some extent (together with the old one that the fans favour) because it is one-colour and thus cheaper to print. • Please, note that the shield-shovel-looking-thing IS NOT Levski Sofia's true and real logo. For 10 years we, Levski supporters, were fighting to gain back our true logo and last year we finally won. So we find it pretty abusing users putting the fiction, which is no longer current. I personally prefer to see "blank" logo in this topic, rather than the FAKE one. And I'm sure that I'm not the only one.

I've just checked the website (again) and found out that they in fact use both in the intro. So since both logos are equally used, an alternative solution I would suggest is using both logos in the infobox. BanRay 17:00, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

Again - short summary of the court decision - [5]. If I'm not mistaken, in the end of October 2006 one of the newspapers published this article - [6]. It says that the "thing", introduced in 1998 is no longer an actual logo of the club and gradually it would stop appearing as official. The links you mention are over two years old, if the club had real intention of getting rid of the logo, they sure would've done it by now. But instead, the logo is used on the official website and on official merchandise. The problem is that you appear to have a strong personal opinion regarding the issue, but here we tend to present facts and the fact is that both logos are used by the club. Should we go ahead and scrap the listing of teams knocked-out in order to reach the QF? It just takes too much space and I'm not really sure if it has any relevance. Instead just stating Levski has reached the QF in this and that year, in what tournament, and close w/ listing what records the team holds. 14 games and 7 wins this season for example are new all-Bulgarian records. Club name

I, as a Levski fan, take this "PFC Levski Sofia" heading as highly insulting. The name of our beloved club has always been simply LEVSKI, not even Levski Sofia, because this is the true people's club and as such it belongs to all Bulgarians, not only the ones in Sofia. NOT the best in Bulgaria

Levski is the most widely supported Bulgarian football club. Who said this silly thing? The club is equally supported along with CSKA Sofia so no one can say whether levski or cska is the most supported club. Johny1407 20:43, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Is there a poll regarding the supporters of the Bulgarian football teams which hasn't been won by Levski? The answer is no! CSKA plays in the center of Sofia and there supporters has access to the whole city transport network whilst Levski's stadium is in a quarter which is far from being called easily accessible. Nevertheless, Levski has always had higher average attendance than CSKA. It's the same in all spheres of life. It's a historical fact that in more than 100 matches between the two teams CSKA's fans were always outnumbered by the fans of Levski. The first time CSKA to have more fans of Levski was when quotas for the spectators were introduced and the matches moved to the club stadiums. Just watch the biggest wins of CSKA against Levski and you will see that even when CSKA was on the top and Levski at the bottom, most of the spectators were fans of Levski. On the other hand when when Levski was in form and achieved its biggest wins against CSKA, almost the whole stadium was in blue. Just watch videos from 2:7, 7:1 and 5:0(1998). And yes, you are right that both clubs were equally supported. One by the people and one by the communist authorities. Is it enough to remind the famous communist Milko Balsev- "Not all fascists are fans of Levski but all fans of Levski are fascists." Is it enough or do I have to continue with BBC's report about 2:7(1968) explaining how the team of the communist authority was smashed by the team of the people as BBC called Levski?!? Could anyone please mention that Levski Sofia fans frequently ridicule the national football team of Bulgaria, as many of them are of Turkish or Roma ethnicity?

Player Matches

Only official matches from "A Grupa" should be added in the player career stats. Friendlies and/or Cup matches shouldn't be counted and added. That's how the stats are for all the players in Wikipedia, but for some reason only the Levski players get unofficial stats added. Is there someone that has the right statistics and can edit the profiles ?

Did I miss something? A user with the IP address 78.90.45.96 reverted the following addition even though it is well-sourced:

It is allegedly owned by the infamous Russian-Israeli business man Michael Cherney.

Manuel Mendoza redirects to the wrong person (a goalkeeper from Ecuador). If I remember correctly, the Manuel Mendoza who played for Levski in the early 2000s was a midfielder and even scored a goal in a match against CSKA Sofia. If someone could please look into this. Kit

Hello! I added the 1940s/60s Levski kit with the white sleeves as extra info in the history section, but it was removed without explanation. Should I return it, as I think it's important to show the contrast - a bit like when Arsenal changed their kit in the 1930s to play in white sleeves. Interesting things about Levski and its history

I think that different interesting fact about the history of the team can be added to the article. For example, the fact that Levski is the only team to score 5 goals in a single match against Barcelona in the European tournaments. Levski defeated Barcelona with 5:4 in Sofia in the 1976. Or perhaps that the most visited game of Levski was the one against Real Madrid in Madrid -> 100 000. Fabrication of honours

If nobody can justify the bloated count's existence, it will be changed to reflect the club's honours as per the official website.
