I just got here, and am interested in adding some articles on topics relating to popular education. There was a blank page for Antonio Gramsci, and I have started an entry by writing up some of the things that are most important to me in his life and writing. I've been reading his writing and a biography of him for the past six months.

I live in Minneapolis and think this is a really cool idea, a "popular" and free encyclopedia. Seems to jive with the impulse behind Indymedia, and other participatory and empowering-the-ordinary-person efforts.
