This template should be called by passing a variable to it for the closest monarch of the House of Stuart. For example, {{House of Stuart sidebar|mary2}}. This calls only the relevant part of the template, as well as getting around the fair use violation that would occur if the arms images were directly on this template.
Variables
- james1 - for James I & VI and his descendants
- charles1 - for Charles I and his descendants
- charles2 - for Charles II
- james2 - for James II & VII and his descendants
- mary2 - for Mary II
- william3 - for William III
- anne - for Anne (her only son was not a Stuart)
