[edit]Wondering how to edit this U.S. County Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Counties standards might help.
Gary Howell
[edit]I have concerns about Gary Howell's notability for listing in this article. His article was previously deleted as being non-notable. It was only recreated after he was elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates, which is the only thing that gives him notability.
By his edits, Howell claims to be a notable Mineral County resident. I do not believe that state delegates representing a county are notable for purposes of listing here. We're already determined that he isn't notable based on his other ventures. I think his listing amongst notable residents should be removed, but Howell's IP sockpuppet keeps reverting my edits. References, they can be done, honest
[edit]Folks, I have read thios entire page several times. It has so many issues. There are virtually no refs for any claim. There are lists of Swimming pools, in a County Page article, incomplete sentences for the histiory article which also, has virtually NO refs....I am willing to ref the article, especially after the totally incorrect represenjtation of the WV Constitution, which, was ALSO, NOT ref'd. HOWEVER, I was very concerned when I looked up the Historic locations, listed on this page and guess what? MOST of them have NO REFS..........I am one person here, does anyone else widsh to add some refs??? Otherwise, I will edit the data out.Coal town guy (talk) 13:38, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
