Why is this a candidate for speedy deletion? It looks like there is such a thing: http://www.sciencenet.com.au/chromatiaceae.htm jengod 22:30, Apr 15, 2004 (UTC)

Chlorophylls and carotenoids

[edit]

Talk of BChl a, BChl b and other photopigments (okenone, etc) would benefit this article, or simply the wavelengths of light frequently utilized. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.186.85.64 (talk) 16:29, 5 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestions

[edit]

Most of the article is not properly cited. A reference is needed for the discussion of the phylogeny, sulfur oxidation, meromictic lakes, intertidal microbial mats, and pigmentation. The two citations used are also several years old, and more recent references should be added, which would expand the knowledge of this article. Bakerkri (talk) 17:23, 28 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
