Not notable. About 90% of Google hits are copies from Wikipedia. Seems to serve only as a vanity item for David Nolan. Gzornenplatz 16:38, Oct 13, 2004 (UTC)

- Delete. Obvious advertising. The publisher's site's [1] "flagship" title, "Dictionary of International Biography" costs $245 and has an Amazon sales rank of 2,715,889. Although the publisher of that volume is listed as "Melrose Press," not "International Biographical Centre." (OK, turns out they're the same... [2]). Anyway, I'm sure this is one of these deals where there is a flagship volume that actually is purchased by a) libraries and b) people listed therein, and scores of subsidiary, narrower volumes which are purchased only by b) the people listed therein. One giveaway is that their site invites you to "submit your biography." Another giveaway as to the nature of the International Biographical Centre is their description of another of their tomes, below. [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith (talk)]] 19:30, 14 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- One Thousand Great Americans Not only is the USA known for its power and strength but perhaps more importantly for its compassion, its generosity and its tolerance throughout the world... This book reflects those ties and presents the extraordinary and limitless talent that is so abundant in the United States of America.
- P. S. Take a look at the biographies listed in their [Hall of Fame]. [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith (talk)]] 19:34, 14 Oct 2004 (UTC)
