Map of Eagle County
[edit]The map is nice in theory, but it has nothing else marked on it, nor any scale or legend, so it really isn't useful. If something else can be marked on it, such as I-70, or a single town, and if it can be given a scale, it would be good. Until then I'll take it out. -- Spireguy 21:25, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Jackson's photograph
[edit]It should be noted that the photograph by W.H. Jackson on the page is not a completely accurate image of the mountain. The arms of the cross are asymetric- not equal in length, due to the seams in the rock. Jackson retouched his negative to make it more aestheticaly pleasing for viewers.Saxophobia (talk) 16:03, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
