Cast
[edit]I'm fairly sure this show had a cast of characters besides Chuck Norris, why doesn't someone try posting it??? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.193.200.145 (talk) 12:59, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
Theme Song Vandalism
[edit]I'd like to say that theme song is pure vandalism, but I honestly don't know. What's the deal? Ipsenaut 04:16, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
Is this correct?
[edit]The article states that the show:"emphasized values such as refraining from the use of drugs, participation in community service, and abstention from public displays of bleeding"
I'm not really sure that "Abstetion from public displays of bleeding" is realy considered a "value" per say. Deathawk 23:19, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
- Probably meant to be a joke, I removed it. ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE FACE! --Liface 00:04, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- The same anon user claimed the show "was named for Aaron Emerson Walker," a tidbit that's been roundhouse-kicked out of the article. - Hedgey42 08:01, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
top right picture
[edit]Can anybody get a picture like the one in the top right that doesn't have that annoying TV rating on it?
Fix up the tense
[edit]People have been adding things in the past and current tense. Someone needs to go through and standardise it "Walker, Texas Ranger is an American television western/police dramatic series" vs "The show was known for its moral values"
Looking for help writing an article about the spin-offs and crossovers of this series
[edit]I am writing an article about all of the series which are in the same shared reality as this one through spin-offs and crossovers. I could use a little help expanding the article since it is currently extremely dense and a bit jumbled with some sentence structures being extremely repetitive. I would like to be able to put this article into article space soon. Any and all help in writing the article would be appreciated, even a comment or two on the talk page would help. Please give it a read through, also please do not comment here since I do not have all of the series on my watch list. - LA @ 17:52, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
Nitro button?
[edit]Walker had a nitro-button in one of his cars in one episode. Does anyone know what season and episode this was? It would really help out! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.109.253.239 (talk) 19:05, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
DVD releases section
[edit]Is it wrong? I see that some sections are N/A as a DVD release may not have actually happened for a certain season in certain territories but imdb lists nine seasons, not eight. Wikipedia's DVD list goes from 'Season 7' to 'Final season'... 86.160.59.243 (talk) 21:02, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
Weapons
[edit]I have changed some mistakes in regards to weapons that Walker carried, It is a Taurus PT92 and not a Beretta 92FS Inox as clear by the Taurus's frame-mounted safety as opposed to the Beretta's slide-mounded safety, The other was listed as a Colt Government variant which is in part correct but to be 100% right its a Colt Combat Elite. —Preceding unsigned comment added by R.M.Hale (talk • contribs) 07:25, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
Show creators?
[edit]The body of the article attributes the development of the show to Allison Moore, J. Michael Straczynski, and David Moessinger. However, in the infobox there is a "Created by" credit for Christopher Canaan, Albert S. Ruddy, Leslie Greif, and Paul Haggis, none of whom are mentioned in the main text at all. Is there a source that can resolve this seeming contradiction? --RL0919 (talk) 19:54, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
Characters
[edit]I am looking for suggestions for the 'recurring characters' list. Anybody know any? I would prefer if they appeared in 3 or more episodes. Who was that lady who used to argue with CD all the time at the bar during Season 1? Any villains that appeared a lot? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Coolknot (talk • contribs) 04:56, 30 April 2013 (UTC)
Season 12? Since when was there a 12th season of Walker? Coolknot (talk) 08:25, 29 May 2013 (UTC)
For the Main character's template, shouldn't somebody add that Trent and Carlos were recurring characters for Seasons 4-5 (having both appeared in two episodes of each season)? Nashwalker (talk) 03:30, 20 May 2014 (UTC)
End of series due to stunt driver death
[edit]I've seen a claim (in the comments here: http://io9.gizmodo.com/walking-dead-season-8-production-suspended-after-tragic-1796916194) that the series was cancelled due to stunt driver death (http://edition.cnn.com/SHOWBIZ/TV/9901/12/tvstunt/index.html, http://www.cbsnews.com/news/tv-stuntman-dies-during-filming/). Is this correct? if it is, it should probably be mentioned in the article. Slsh (talk) 10:37, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
- Ok, now looking at the dates, the accident was on the news January 12, 1999, so seasons 7 and 8 were at least aired after it. I guess also filmed after the incident. Slsh (talk) 10:43, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
